Please read carefully before ordering. Placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our policies. Your acceptance of this sales contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Soy Works Candle Company or any derivative name thereof.

Customer Service Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.*

*Closed all holidays including the Monday and/or Friday before or after, i.e. the Friday after Thanksgiving.

**production and customer service will be closed yearly from approximately December 22nd through January 4th. Any orders received during that time will be processed after January 5th and shipped out shortly afterwards.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

Bath & Body:

Items in our Bath & Body section are made from the highest quality ingredients, however we cannot guarantee they are hypoallergenic. If you have an allergy to any known ingredient, do not use the item. If there is any question about the ingredients and a possible reaction, consult the label of each item and your physician. Neither Soy Works Candle Company, Inc or the manufacturer of each product are responsible for adverse reactions.

The statements on this site related to the benefits of specific herbs, oils and other products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. None of these products is intended to be used to treat or heal any illness or condition. Soy Works Candle Company, Inc does not test products on animals.


Guarantee & Returns:

Returns are on a case-by-case basis only due to the nature of the products; any “made to order” item cannot be returned. Made to order items include our candles, spa items, dish towels, etc.

Contact our customer service to see if your item qualifies. If an item qualifies, returns are for merchandise totals only, shipping charges are a contracted service and cannot be refunded. Returns are to be sent, in their original, unused condition, by insured mail to the address above within 30 days from the invoice/sales receipt date. We are not responsible for any package shipped without insurance. Credits will not be issued for items not returned via insured mail. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

When the return is received we will process the refund as long as the item is in sellable condition. We will contact you if this is not the case and the item will be returned to you. Refunds may take up to one month to show on your statement.

In the case of broken or damaged items we will process each case individually. While this is rare, less than .08% of our packages arrive with any damage, it is not impossible. To file a claim with our shipping providers it is necessary to have proof of damage, i.e. damaged item, original packaging including the outside box and packing material (peanuts, paper and/or bubble wrap). Do not discard any items until contacted by either the Staff at Soy Works Candle Company, Inc or the shipping provider.  If damaged items or packaging are thrown away a credit/refund cannot be issued and replacement products cannot be sent under any circumstances. 


Shipping:

Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States & select countries listed in our shopping cart. We use USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express and International Post as our primary services. Shipping fees are based on the USPS rate chart and calculated using zip code/country and weight. There are no handling fees and all rates are generated by USPS.

*PRODUCTION TIME FOR ALL HANDMADE ITEM IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. ALL ITEMS SHIP AFTER THE LISTED PRODUCTION TIME. CHOOSING A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION WILL NOT DECREASE THE TIME THE PRODUCT IS MADE – IT WILL ONLY DECREASE THE NUMBER OF DAYS THE PACKAGE IS IN TRANSIT TO YOUR ADDRESS.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the items to arrive after date of shipping depending on the method chosen (slow, fast, rush). Allow additional time for international orders.  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you.

**Holiday Shipping Notice: The deadline for items to arrive by the Christmas holiday season is 10 days prior to the holiday with standard shipping, unless otherwise noted. Please note this applies to shipping times only. If an item is ordered within 10 calendar days before Christmas but that day falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday  it will not arrive in time for the holidays. If you have any questions, please contact us for availability.


Payment Options

We gladly accept all payments from our secure web shopping cart via PayPal Payment Services.

PayPal offers secure processing including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. You are also protected by their state of the art security features regarding encryption of sensitive data. An account with PayPal is not necessary to complete the transaction. If paying with an eCheck, your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can be up to 4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit funds via best bad credit card, instant transfer, or from your PayPal balance.


Back Orders / Out of Stock Items:

We try to keep our website updated with current availability information however, sometimes an item will be temporarily unavailable and not noted. This is a rare occurrence but is possible. You will be notified in case of any backorder or out-of-stock item situation with the option to cancel your order or wait until the item is back in stock. In the case of cancellation you will be refunded the full merchandise total plus the total shipping charges for the out-of-stock items.

All information gathered by Soy Works Candle Company, Inc is strictly confidential and will not be shared, rented or sold to any individual or organization. We only capture your personal information when you provide it to us by making a purchase, asking a question via email or over the phone, and/or filling out a form to request information from us. The information is primarily used to insure prompt delivery and to speed the processing of your order. From time-to-time we may contact you via email to notify you of special offers, upcoming sales, or shipment notifications. If you do not wish to receive information from us click on the unsubscribe link in any promotional email from us.

This site owned by Soy Works Candle Company, Inc. which contains copyrighted material, including, without limitation, text, photos, graphics, images, logos, (collectively, the Site Content). This Site is protected by copyright as a collective work, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Retail Locations

If you would like a favorite retailer to carry our items ask them to contact us at any time via this website.  We would love to offer our candles in a local market.


Packing Slips, Sales Receipts & Recycling

We are doing our best to minimize our footprint on this world. We utilize recyclable materials, biodegradable resources and minimal packing materials in our shipments. We do not include a paper packing slip or sales receipt in keeping with this theme. We will, however, email one to you at the address provided.

We also ask our customers to help with recycling. The cardboard boxes can be used to ship again or taken to a recycling center. The packing peanuts can be used by other businesses or taken to a used box store – they often sell used peanuts to customers so they don’t end up in the landfill. Our candle jars can be recycled wherever tin and glass containers are accepted. The mason jars can simply be washed with soap and water then used for any purpose you see fit such as food storage, canning, pen cup, bobby pin holder…the possibilities are endless.
